Registration.

In order to fully register your child you will need your child's name, date of birth, league age (You can determine what league your child will be in by looking at the Playing Age Chart.), home address, phone number, shirt size and pant size.

There will be an opportunity for the parents to offer their help in coaching, assistant coaching, team sponsor, team mother and any other way that you wish to help. So, please think about these things before you come to register.
